Electromobility: a world of revolutionary products

Electromobility is experiencing a global boom that is deserving of innovative solutions to facilitate a transition into this new era of the automotive industry. Batteries and chargers are the core of electric cars, giving them the necessary breath of life. As progress in battery development is very rapid, chargers also need to be constantly adapted to the market. However, there are significant differences between the charging methods for electric cars. From charging from a home network, where the car can spend tens of hours and you accumulate a ridiculous electricity bill, using outdated chargers that take several hours to charge, to high-performance chargers that use renewable energy sources , and energy storage systems which charge an electric car in minutes.

These devices will not only facilitate the charging of electric vehicles, but will also promote progress in the generation, use and storage of electricity. The use of photovoltaics, from which surplus energy is stored to be used later to charge electric vehicles through our fast chargers, is the most efficient and cheapest way to charge electric vehicles..

This is why, as Elektromotive SK, we strive to bring to the market high-performance, fast chargers that are fully compatible with photovoltaic energy sources and batteries.

Electromobility in Slovakia

Electromobility is developing slowly in Slovakia, but interest in electric cars is growing rapidly every year. Not only individuals, but also entire countries are gradually switching to “green” energy, as electromobility is referred to as environmentally friendly transport. Battery electric cars, hybrids and plug-in hybrids use the charging stations mentioned above to transfer electricity to the battery.

Electromobility and its infrastructure in Slovakia is also referred to in law; Act no. 555 of November 2005 on the energy efficiency of buildings, according to which, from January 1 , 2025, every non-residential building with more than 20 parking spaces will be required to have at least one charging station.
