Chargers providing more than 150 kW of power

Great investment, fast return

A major obstacle to the development of electromobility is the dogma that charging electric cars is complicated, time-consuming and expensive. Our revolutionary fast chargers with photovoltaic capability dissolve such dogmas. They provide a way to easily extend range, charge your car comfortably on the roads while sitting at a rest stop, and use renewable energy sources that avoid putting a strain on the environment (and the national grid). This provides operators with a great investment with a quick return and users with a simple answer to the question of the validity of acquiring an electric car, making electromobility more affordable.

How do charging stations for electric cars work?

Because many people find charging a car complicated, they are hesitant about electric car ownership. However, charging electric cars is not difficult, just plug the charging cable into the car and the other end into the power source socket. When choosing a charger, you need to consider its performance. This depends on the energy consumption of the vehicles being charged. The choice between AC and DC depends on the charging time and the cost of the investment.

With our high-performance fast chargers, we want to change the way people charge their electric cars. They represent a breakthrough in this field as they can charge a vehicle in minutes instead of hours. Charging stations for electric cars embody a great way to extend the range on the road or to enable the ownership of an electric car even for those who do not have the opportunity to charge it overnight at home.

“We recommend installing charging stations for electric vehicles in high-traffic areas such as car parks at motorway service stations, shopping and logistics centres, multifunctional buildings, tourist attractions, or charging stations for electric buses and taxis.”

How much does an electric car charge?

AC charging which uses alternating current and is referred to as slow charging. On the contrary, acharging station , that can convert AC to DC current – i.e. direct current – offers significantly faster car charging. Our chargers provide more than 150 kW of power. . To give you a reference point, home chargers average an output of up to 22 kW and ordinary commercial chargers around 100 kW. This reflects the speed at which our chargers can top up an electric vehicle and, in combination with photovoltaics and batteries, do not even put a strain on the grid. We recommend installing charging stations for electric vehicles inhigh-traffic areas, such as car parks at motorway service stations or charging stations for electric buses. High-capacity chargers or ultra chargers are an excellent solution for situations where the vehicle stops for a short time or a high-capacity battery needs to be charged quickly.

“They can recharge the vehicle’s battery up to 80% in 15 – 60 minutes.”

With the state of charge (SoC) displayed in the vehicle as a percentage of the total battery capacity (indicated in kW or kWh), you will not have to worry about range.
